SHIPPING POLICY

  • All items direct from the artist such as original works of art, are sent out by UK Royal Mail or Courier

  • There is an option for FREE shipping for UK orders only. Please note that orders may take a little longer to reach you if this option is chosen at checkout. If paying for standard shipping orders will be sent out as quickly as possible and where possible via the fastest means

  • For original pieces direct from the artist, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch. These items can only be shipped to the UK, however please email veronique.oodian.art@gmail.com if you wish to purchase from anywhere else in the World

  • All items will be carefully packed for postal and where an email address is provided at check out notifications will be sent on the progress of your order

  • Shipping times will vary for printed items fulfilled by Printful depending on which items are purchased, where from in the World and which shipping method is applied at checkout

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you wish to return your purchase you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as give a reason why you wish to return the item.

To start a return, please email veronique.oodian.art@gmail.com. Please note that the returns address will be given once contact is made and a return is requested, stating the reasons for returning the item/items.

If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
