Meet the Artist
Hello! My name is Véronique and I am a UK based painter and illustrator. My art is all about the two things I love the most, colour and Nature and I create floral and Nature inspired wall art and designs that feature mostly flowers of all kinds throughout the seasons, with birds, butterflies and other wonderful creatures.

I wouldn't describe myself as a conventional artist, if there ever was such a person! Although I enjoy landscapes and Nature's grandeur, I like to mainly focus on the little things, those aspects of Nature that perhaps are overlooked. From season to season I delight in what each one has to offer: Spring and Summer being my favourites, as things come to life in Spring and the colour is high in Summer. But there is beauty to be found all year round.
​​My favourite things are flowers, especially the big blousy ones! birds, especially the little colourful ones and butterflies and other insects. My art is about noticing things, especially detail and colour.

Most of the imagery you will find on this site have been created as original pieces using either oils or a combination of watercolour with gouache, together with digital tools. I have over 20 years of experience in painting and also have a background in art tuition. You may even spot my art on the odd jigsaw puzzle as I have licensing representation with Image by Design Art Licensing.
