Items are currently only being shipped direct from the artist to UK customers only.
We offer different delivery options including standard, express, and next-day delivery for printed items. You can choose your preferred option at checkout. All items direct from the artist such as original works of art, are sent out by UK Royal Mail or Courier
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please email veronique.oodian.art@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Yes, certain items such as custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned. Please check our return policy for more details.
To request a refund, please send an email to veronique.oodian.art@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
